Duanesburg-Florida Baptist Church: Leadership

I guess you can say that Evelyn and Esther have been part of the modern day Duanesburg Florida Baptist Church from the ground floor!

Esther recalls a time when there was no church hall and that she and Evelyn held most of the positions of the church. These "positons" included everything from cleaning the bathrooms, organizing church events, and general maintenance.to name a few. Evelyn made curtains and banners as well. Both held the position of Deaconesses .

Evelyn has been a member of our church for 27 yrs. She and her late husband Milton, have 4 children, 8 grand children and 10 great , great, grand children.

Esther has been a member of our church for 29 yrs and has 4 children, 8 grandchildren , 5 great, great grandchildren and 1 great, great, great, grandchild.

Both wonderful ladies have seen alot of change in the past 30 years , some good and some not so good, but both admit that our church has come a long way for the better. With God's amazing grace we will look foreward to many years of guidance and suppport from these 2 great Elders!
